Alignment is your strongest position 

 You can achieve freedom from resistance, whether physical or emotional, through your movement practice. In my teaching, I use movement through asana to stretch and strengthen the body and achieve more balanced musculature structure. I use breath with movement to comb through tightness to release tension, and I use yoga philosophy and mindfulness practices to inspire fluidity of the body and mind and uplift the spirit. My practice is designed to be more than just a class, but an experience through which you can put in the slow and joyful work of opening your mind and body. Private and small group sessions are personalized to meet your needs, abilities and preferences. For 1:1 clients, my method starts with a conversation about your goals and a mobility assessment from which we will build your unique program.  Whether you are just beginning your yoga journey or want to deepen your practice, there is no better time than now.

Personal Mobility and Yoga Practice

Start with a consult to discuss  your needs and goals.
Sessions will be customized for your unique style, abilities and mobility goals. Ideal for 1:1 clients and small groups.

Large Group Classes and Events

Use movement and breathwork to boost performance or set the mood. We will collaborate to create a customized plan for your athletic team, corporate staff or event guests.
