My mission is to help you achieve your individual mobility and fitness goals through thoughtful intentional instruction. I want to help you feel your best while building positional presence and a strong balanced body, so you can move through life with flexibility and ease.
In person sessions are offered for clients in Lower Hudson Valley NY and NJ
(Westchester, Rockland and Bergen Counties).
I offer private and group yoga and mobility sessions. I use tools and methods outside of the scope of a traditional yoga practice in order to benefit the physical and functional fitness elements. Sessions are customized based on your goals.
Personal Mobility and Yoga Practice
Start with a consult to discuss your needs and goals. Sessions will be customized for your unique style, abilities and mobility goals. Ideal for 1:1 clients and small groups.

Use movement and breathwork to boost performance, set the mood, or relax and restore. We will collaborate to create a customized plan for your athletic team, corporate staff or event guests.
